Doug serves as President & CEO of Nexra Search, where he leads day-to-day operations and drives strategic growth across the organization.  With over a decade of executive leadership experience as a Chief Financial Officer across multiple industries—including collision repair, manufacturing, technology and multi-location retail—Doug brings a uniquely operational and financial perspective to talent acquisition.

Prior to founding Nexra Search, Doug served as CFO for several high-growth organizations ranging from $5M to $100M+ in revenue, consistently driving profitability, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.  Throughout his career, he has led finance, HR, and IT functions for companies.

What sets Doug apart is his firsthand understanding of the challenges shop owners face.  His experience inside the collision repair industry gives him deep insight into the talent required to scale operations, improve shop performance, and drive sustainable growth.

At Nexra Search, Doug leverages this background to go beyond traditional recruiting. He partners with clients as a strategic advisor, helping them identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent that aligns with both operational needs and long-term business objectives.

Doug holds a Master of Science in Finance from Penn State University, with a concentration in corporate valuation, a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelors in Accounting from Niagara University.

Will serves as COO of Nexra Search, where he shapes the company’s client experience, optimizes recruiting processes, and ensures consistent, high-quality results. His deep-rooted background in the collision repair industry, combined with his hands-on technical experience and high-level operational leadership, positions Nexra Search as a trusted partner for collision repair organizations seeking to build stronger long lasting teams.

Prior to founding Nexra Search, Will began his career as a collision technician, giving him a ground-level understanding of the industry that continues to inform his leadership today. Over the years, he advanced into management and executive roles with leading organizations, including CollisionRight, Tesla, Signature Collision Centers, and other MSO’s. In these roles, he consistently demonstrated his ability to scale operations, improve performance, and build high-performing teams.

His experience spans general management, estimating, and sales leadership, providing him with a comprehensive view of the collision repair business—from the shop floor to executive decision-making. This well-rounded perspective allows Will to understand the true needs of both employers and candidates, making him highly effective in identifying top talent and aligning it with the right opportunities.
